Lots of Orcas out in the islands the last two days – J-pod were spotted just west of San Juan Island yesterday, then today they were in the center of the islands, just north of Sinclair. They were very active this morning, leading our captain to describe the scene as “black & white popcorn”. We were able to spend nearly 1 1/2 hours with the group, before heading over to Friday Harbor for our daily visit there. We’re running our San Juan Adventure day cruise daily.
